Under Club is a price-comparison tool for used golf clubs. We aggregate publicly available listings from third-party marketplaces and present them side by side, ranked by landed cost (price plus shipping). We are not a retailer: we do not sell clubs, hold inventory, process payments, or ship anything. Every purchase happens on the third-party retailer’s own website, under their own terms and policies.

Prices, shipping costs, condition grades, and availability are collected from public listings and refreshed regularly, but they can change or sell out at any moment after we last checked. We do not guarantee that any price, listing, or condition grade shown on the Site is current, accurate, or complete. Always confirm the final price, condition, and availability on the retailer’s own site before buying. Condition grades are standardized estimates based on retailer-provided information and may not perfectly reflect the actual condition of a specific item.

Any purchase you make after clicking a link from the Site is a transaction solely between you and that retailer. We are not a party to that transaction and are not responsible for the retailer’s product, pricing, shipping, customer service, returns, or any dispute arising from your purchase.

Under Club participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you make a purchase through certain links on the Site. This never changes the price you pay and never affects how listings are ranked — the cheapest landed price is always shown first, regardless of whether we earn a commission on it. You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Site for a competing service, attempt to disrupt or overload the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The Site’s design, code, and original written content belong to Under Club. Retailer names, logos, and product listings belong to their respective owners and are used to identify and link to their offers.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Under Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any transaction with a third-party retailer, including but not limited to a price, listing, or condition grade that turned out to be inaccurate or out of date.

We may update these terms as the Site changes. We’ll update the effective date above when we do; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
